Team Belgium has its own channel on the Libera.chat IRC network which you can visit at #teambelgium after connecting to the network (see below for connection details). You can also drop by at the general BOINC chat room. The channel's name is #boinc.

If you don't know what IRC is, read about it on Wikipedia. To connect to IRC, you can use various IRC clients like XChat (multi-platform), Miranda IM, mIRC, KVIrc (multi-platform), Konversation, Quassel IRC (multi-platform), etc. Search Google for other IRC clients which may be better suited to your needs.
